Job Title: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setup: Onsite (Bacoor, Cavite)
Work Schedule & Shift: M-F, morning shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the general ledger accounts, books, and assist in monthly closings
- Organize and manage financial documentation per project per client.
- Maintain close coordination with the Accountant on tax filings, compliance, and financial reporting
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of receipts, invoices, and other accounting records
- Assist in annual financial reviews
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting documentation and maintaining general ledger accounts and books
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and/or any accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, HashMicro etc.)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working experience in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry is a plus
- Experience in profit and loss analysis, annual financial growth forecasting and projection
