Bilang mom ng isang ausome girl, mas pinipili ko ang pagkain na makakatulong sa focus, mood, at digestion niya.

Hindi man madali, pero worth it.
Health is wealth — lalo na kapag may batang umaasa sa’yo. 🤍”

Last swimming lesson, umiyak siya after 1 hour. Hindi dahil ayaw niya — kundi dahil minsan, the world feels too big for her.

This time, sumama na ako sa pool. Kinausap ko si coach at sinabi kong bababa ako — hindi para gawin ko para sa kanya, hindi para buhatin siya, kundi para maramdaman niya lang na andito ako.

As an autism mom, natutunan ko na minsan hindi nila kailangan ng push. Kailangan nila ng safe person. Yung presence na tahimik pero matatag. Yung hindi nagmamadali. Yung marunong maghintay.

Kapag alam niyang may katabi siya, mas lumalakas loob niya. Kapag safe siya, doon siya sumusubok. At kapag safe siya, doon siya nagshi-shine.

Autism doesn’t stop her. She just needs understanding, patience, and support.

And thank you so much to our coach for being patient, for understanding her pace, and for allowing me to step in when she needed me. Hindi lahat ng coach may ganitong puso. We appreciate you.

Dahil hindi maganda ang pakiramdam ko these past few days, si Edward muna ang teacher at kakampi niya 💛

Grateful ako na may daddy siyang present, patient, at willing mag-step up anytime.

Sa ganitong moments mo mararamdaman na hindi ka nag-iisa sa pagpapalaki ng anak. Thank you for always being there. 🤍
