This five-storey structure is modeled as a steel-section frame system in conjunction with a reinforced concrete shear-wall elevator core, forming a robust dual lateral/vertical load-resisting system. The steel frame efficiently carries the majority of the vertical loads (beams, columns, roof deck), while the elevator core provides high stiffness and strength for lateral loads (wind, seismic) and acts as a vertical spine for the building. A steel roof deck overlays the structural grid to enhance adaptability and serviceability of the upper level. The foundation system is deep and consists of bored piles, transferring loads from both steel frame and shear wall into competent strata, ensuring settlement control and efficient pile-cap load distribution.

Type: Dual-system building comprising a structural steel frame (primary vertical and gravity system) plus a concrete shear-wall core (primary lateral system).

Function: The steel frame allows flexible floor plate planning and rapid erection;the shear-wall core anchors the elevator and provides high torsional/lateral resistance;bored�pile foundation secures the system against differential settlement, uplift, and lateral pile loads.
