Position: AC Technician
QUALIFICATIONS
✅At least 1–2 years experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
✅Knowledgeable in split-type, window-type, package, and ducted AC units
✅Able to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related problems
✅Experienced in preventive maintenance, general cleaning, and system commissioning
✅Familiar with proper refrigerant handling, leak testing, and recharging
✅Knows and follows safety standards and proper use of tools
✅Physically fit, willing to work on-site, at heights, and in confined areas
✅Can work independently or as part of a team
✅With good work attitude, honest, and customer-oriented
✅Willing to work overtime, weekends, or on-call if needed
✅TESDA NC II certification is an advantage
