A proposed Two-storey Residential with Skylight, located in Tamara Lane Filinvest, Caloocan City. The project has a 154 m² Floor Area and is situated on a 100 m² Lot.

The house includes a Garage that could accommodate up to Two Cars, the Living Room is directly adjacent to the Dining Area to act as an extension during gatherings. With the plan of having an additional floor, the owner opted to have a Skylight Window on the Stairs Area.

The Second Floor is composed of 3 Bedrooms.
The Design Concept of the Façade reflects the owner’s characteristics: Modern and Practicality. With the proper location of windows and integration of skylight, the Interior capitalizes the Natural Lighting and Ventilation.

This proposed residential renovation and addition demonstrates a Contemporary Style. Contemporary Architecture essentially refers to the current style of architecture. The 2-Storey Residential Building is composed of Private Residential Space on ground floor, and 6 Studio Type Units on second floor.

The objective of the design is to showcase the transition of the existing residential building from traditional to contemporary while retaining and preserving the existing plan. The façade usually exhibits the impression needed to be acquired from the viewers.
