✅ Inventory Control: Skilled in tracking the movement of materials like cement and rebars to prevent theft or loss
✅ Document Handling: Strict in checking Delivery Receipts against Purchase Orders to ensure all quantities are correct
✅ Equipment Monitoring: Regular tracking of power tools and heavy equipment to monitor their condition and ensure they are returned to the storage area
✅ Supplier Coordination: Constant communication with hardware stores and suppliers to avoid any delivery delays
✅ Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel for digital recording of the warehouse or bodega inventory
✅ Quality Inspection: Ability to spot if delivered materials like sand or gravel are substandard or do not meet specs
✅ Organization: Keeps the stockyard tidy
✅ Preferrably residing in Alaminos City, Pangasinan or nearby areas
