The nation celebrates the 126th Birth Anniversary of National Artist Juan Nakpil.

Juan F. Nakpil, an esteemed architect, educator, and civic leader, was a trailblazer and innovator in the field of Philippine architecture. His most significant contribution lies in his conviction that Philippine architecture exists as a distinct entity, one that embodies the traditions and culture of the Philippines.

Notably, he designed the altar for the 1937 International Eucharistic Congress and undertook the reconstruction and expansion of the Quiapo Church in 1930, which included the addition of a dome and a second belfry to the original design.

A studio-type Farmhouse nestled in gently rolling hills with a man-made forest backdrop. Naturally lighted during the day and ventilated with the mountain breeze. The solar electric system is installed to take advantage of abundant sunlight. Rainwater is harvested from gutters and downspouts and then stored in tanks with a total capacity of 2,000 liters used for domestic purposes after proper filtration. Starlink satellite internet service is used in this location 200 meters above sea level.
