Asinta Architects is opening its doors to on-the-job trainees / interns who are eager to learn how architecture works beyond the classroom and into the real world.

We are especially encouraging students residing in Batangas City or nearby areas to apply. Male or female, everyone is welcome.

A warm home designed for slow mornings, quiet evenings, and everything in between.

This compact condominium unit was envisioned as a personal retreat β€” a place where everyday life slows down and solitude becomes something to be enjoyed, not escaped from.

At the heart of the home sits the kitchen, thoughtfully designed for moments of creativity and comfort. Cooking and baking become part of the rhythm of the space, turning simple routines into small rituals of joy.

Adjacent to it, the dining nook was imagined with a banquette seating, creating a cozy cafΓ©-like corner for slow breakfasts and quiet evenings.

The living area embraces a softer atmosphere, framed by classic wainscoting panels and warm textures that make the space feel calm, intimate, and deeply personal.

Lastly, the compact bedroom, thoughtful design creates room to breathe. A discreet walk-in closet was integrated into the layout, separated from the sleeping area by a fluted acrylic panel that softly filters light while maintaining a sense of privacy.This subtle division allows the bedroom to hold multiple functionsβ€”rest, preparation, and storageβ€”without losing its calm and intimate atmosphere.

A home designed not for the rush of the day, but for the moments in between β€”
where living alone becomes something beautifully romantic.

Position: Site Technical Architect

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Site Technical Assistant / Architect to join our growing design and build team. This role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on site experience, professional growth, and exposure to real-world construction projects.

Qualifications:
β€’ Graduate of BS Architecture
β€’ Open to fresh graduates (with or without experience)
β€’ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
β€’ Able to read, interpret, and understand architectural and engineering plans
β€’ Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
β€’ Willing to work on-site
β€’ Preferably residing in Batangas City or nearby areas
β€’ Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced project environment
β€’ Can work well independently and within a team

Responsibilities:
β€’ Assist in site supervision and project coordination
β€’ Support technical documentation and reports
β€’ Assist in quantity take-offs and material monitoring
β€’ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers
β€’ Ensure plans and specifications are properly implemented on site

Work Location: Batangas City / Project Sites
