Sibujing (Native Shallots), our greenkeeper's most favorite among all of her allium herbs and spices. Only few cultivates Sibujing nowadays. In fact, you can rarely see this in your local markets. For sautéd dishes, soups, sauces and condiments. And for our most fave Halal appetizer/condiment, Palapa! A meranao delicacy made of Sibujing, ginger, chilis and salt. 😉
