We’re bringing our client’s vision to life! Progress is in full swing for our ongoing project in Baungon, Bukidnon.

We’ve combined the rugged durability and thermal insulation of brick walls with expansive glass sliding doors to frame those incredible Bukidnon mountain views. Whether it’s hosting friends on the sundeck or just enjoying the cool breeze, this home is all about the landscape.

The project remains on track, and we look forward to the next milestones.

Our latest interior renovation project brings a modern Balinese vibe to life. We’ve utilized passive cooling techniques—like strategic breeze blocks and open-flow glass layouts—to fulfill the owner’s vision of a naturally cool, tranquil haven.

Updating the existing roof framing design is a pivotal move for this renovation. Standard full trusses usually look like a web of steel that eats up all your usable space, so switching to a design that prioritizes "headroom" is exactly how we turn a dusty crawlspace into a functional loft.

Something tropical is building in Balubal Cagayan de Oro City! This interior renovation project starts construction soon.

Proof that square footage is just a suggestion. Not bad for a small room! It officially has everything we need: a BED!. If we added a chair, we’d have to move the walls, so we’re calling it finished.
