Madalas na tanong ng mga aspiring home owners sa amin :

"Magkano po aabutin ng gastos sa construction ng ganitong design ?" or "Pa estimate po kung magkano po aabutin nito"

(1) Kung may pinadesign na po tayo na bahay at may plans, humingi po tayo ng "BOQ or Bill of quantities" sa nag design ng bahay dahil ultimately, sila po ang nakakaalam kung anong klase ng tiles, paints, utiliites and etc. ang nilagay nila sa plano.

Ang BOQ din po ang magiging gabay ng mga future home owners dahil may idea na po tayo kung magkano ang magagastos natin. Ginagamit din po ito sa pagpili ng contractor dahil dun po tayo magbabase kung overprice or underprice (low quality) ang bid ng contractor.

(2)Ang mga design ay di po ma eestimate ng tama kung picture lang po ang ipapakita. Dapat po ay may kasama itong plano at specifications dahil depende po sa materyales na gagamitin ang presyo.

Sana ito ay makatulong para sa mga gustong magpatayo ng bahay in the future para maging ready para sa mga gastusin sa construction at maging smooth ang pagpapatayo ng bahay.

Dear owners, you can always suggest ideas for plans of your house but you cannot plan and design on your own.

Always get the right professionals for your house/projects.
It will save your money, time and sakit ng ulo in the long run 👍

How an architect make a floor plan? Drawing nga lang ba talaga?

Some see this as just a simple line- "parang madali nmn gawin at hindi naman pinag isipan". But if you compare architects floor plan to non-practitioner floor plan, you can see the difference, particularly in layout and configuration of spaces. I made a rough layout base from exact measurement to demonstrate architect abilities.

The project getting the same probability cost, having same requirements but different results. we maximize the lot potential for users.
