“ ARCHI MAGKANO BA AABUTIN PAG GANITO YUNG DESIGN? “
As every initial interview, I entertain common questions regarding to budget, guidelines for building permit, loan, design and other requirements. On a rough day, I encounter difficult inquirer and some of them just randomly send a photo and ask a direct question - “How much papagawa kung ganito ang design? “
So what I usually do? I always kindly ask for more information aside from the picture provided for me to know about the project goals. It may start slow but I want to make the inquirer feel valuable and establish trust because majority of inquirer / client doesn't know the process of it.
