Mr. Perry is an , urban , and developer with over 30 years of global experience in creating , human-centered environments. He contributes his expertise to McKinsey's work on major multidisciplinary projects in the Middle East.

Guy has been recognised by prestigious organisations such as the International Academy of Health and Design, the SOM Foundation, the Urban Land Institute and ISOCARP for his work.

Before joining McKinsey, he was involved in the and of the Barcelona Olympics, led sustainable urbanisation efforts at the Essel Group, and oversaw smart city innovations at AECOM across Asia-Pacific.

His work spans expansion, , and conservation in diverse regions, including China, India, and the Amazon rainforest. He has also taught at renowned institutions like Harvard, Hong Kong University, and MIT.
