INSTALLATION SERYE — April 2026, the month when we were awarded several commercial projects. Resorts & hotels. Sa iba’t ibang lugar sa Pilipinas.

A bit overwhelming, and a lot of adjustments specially sa cashflow, because big projects mean pending payments from clients. You don’t just wish for big clients to come, you prepare for them.

We were not really offering stainless steel frames yet when a project inquiry came in asking exactly for it.

Honestly, I wasn’t even sure if I could close it. We didn’t even have a steel framer yet when I sent the quotation.

Then right after?
We found the right supplier.
The client approved the project.

Funny how business works sometimes — you say yes first, then grow into it after.
