Nakakalungkot man po pero marami ang ganito na kalakaran sa Pinas...

Kung magpapagawa po ng bahay, una pong kumonsulta sa arkitekto para tulungan kayo sa design/plano. Sila po ay licensed ng PRC. Wag po sa draftsman, wala po kayo habol dun.😢

Question 1: Pwede po kaya mapa refund yan?
Answer: kung wala kayong signed contract malabo na yan. Wala po kayong binding agreement for sure kung sa pa online online lang transactions ninyo. Kung idadaan nyo sa korte baka malaki pa gastusin nyo dun kaysa sa 30k na binayad ninyo na nasayang lang.
Ang pwede siguro report nyo sa Police. Gawin nyong evidence yung pinangakong Deliverables vs sa Actual na ibinigay. Di lang kami familiar pero pwedeng Estafa or swindling yan if may mga false promises and claims sa inyong paguusap.

Question 2: Pwede po ba reklamo sa PRC?
Answer: Paano nyo po irereklamo wala naman pong "Licensed Draftsman" dito. Di po covered ng PRC yan dahil there's no such thing. Ngayon naman po kung nagpanggap or nagpakilala syang Licensed Architect or minsan Engineer at naglagay ng Titulo sa pangalan maaring pwede makasuhan ng illegal Practice. Kung nagpakita naman po ng Pekeng I.D ay falsification of Public Document. Tandaan wala pong "Licensed Draftsman" ang meron po certified draftsman ng TESDA or Autodesk. Wala pong civil liability ang certificate dahil kahit sino pwedeng makakuha nyan.
Hindi po talaga nya pipirmahan yan dahil wala naman syang qualifications para pirmahan at selyuhan ang recycled nilang mga plano at perspective.
Kung sinabi nya na signed and sealed nung nagusap kayo ibig sabihin ay SINUNGALING po yan. Tandaan po na Kapatid ng SINUNGALING ang MAGNANAKAW.

Question 3: pano po kaya yun?
Answer: Hindi din po namin alam. Mahirap po sagutin yan. Mas nararapat na una palang sa Licensed Professionals po kayo lumapit at less risk na lolokohin kayo sa ganyan. 🙂

TIGIL TIGILAN nyo na yang pag gamit ng term na "LICENSED DRAFTSMAN" dahil wala pong ganon. It doesn't exist ❌ No such thing ❌ NONE ❌
