Biniribid or Pinilipit in Tagalog is a traditional Bicolano kakanin made from glutinous rice flour(Ginalpong) and coconut(Lukarun). It is shaped into a distinctive twist (often resembling an infinity sign or figure eight), deep-fried until crispy on the outside and chewy within, and generously glazed or partnered with sugar.
