While the owners aspire to build a two-storey home, we have devised a plan that accommodates their budgetary constraints.

Initially, the house will be a single-storey structure, designed with thoughtful planning, structural integrity, and utilities in anticipation of future expansion. In 15 years, we aim for a seamless transition to a two-storey structure with minimal changes and disruptions. Both designs maintain the same distinctive facade characteristics.
