The project is envisioned as a modern tropical residence that responds directly to climate, comfort, and contemporary living. Layered horizontal volumes, deep roof overhangs, and vertical sun screens control heat and rain while promoting natural ventilation and daylight.

Spaces are organized to establish a clear hierarchy from public to private, with open living areas extending toward shaded outdoor zones to strengthen indoor–outdoor continuity. A restrained material palette and balanced solid–void composition emphasize proportion, shadow, and simplicity.

The result is a timeless, climate-responsive home where modern form and tropical sensibility work seamlessly together.
