GUMAWA KA NA DIN BA NG SCHEMATIC PLANS NA WALANG UPFRONT CHARGES?
We would like to share our experiences when we were just starting.
Noong nag uumpisa pa lang kami ay walang upfront charges, ang ginagawa ni Archi Dax na business partner ko ay ang gumawa ng scheme and concept na ipe-present namin sa clients. Mga 70-80% closed deal naman so effective siya. Lately we decided not to do it anymore and dapat may acceptance fee na kami before we proceed with the scheme. Dahil nowadays madami ng namamalengke sa bilis ng informations at access, ang dami din ng freelance na hindi naman talaga Arkitekto or Interior Designer na nag ooffer ng murang services, malaki ang chance na mawala sa amin ang project at sayang ang pinagpaguran namin.
Narealized ko lang na as an advocate to this industry, kailangan na iparamdam sa mga kliyente ang tamang proseso sa pagkuha ng serbisyo ng isang taga disenyo. Kailangan din nila malaman na hindi ito ganun kadaling gawin at gumugugol tayo ng oras para makapagbigay tayo ng isang konsepto at floor plan.
Sa mga kapwa naming negosyante na nasa micro-small-medium enterprise, ang aking TIPS:
1. Huwag gumawa hanggat walang acceptance fee
2. Gumawa ng template for formal proposals ng services na ino-offer ninyo.
3. Huwag tumanggap ng projects na hindi kaya ng kapasidad mo. Kung ang JEEP nga may MAXIMUM CAPACITY, dapat alam mo din ang CAPACITY mo.
4. Kumpletuhin ang plano, ang kay Architect ay para kay ARCHITECT, ang para kina ENGINEERS ay para kina ENGINEERS. Huwag ninyo i-overlap ang hindi ninyo sakop na serbisyo, mas mainam na MAGTULUNGAN kayo at bumuo ng TEAM para maging harmonious ang relationship ng bawat construction professionals. :)
