Trispan Builders (formerly Trispan Engineering and Trading) started 2003 as a freelance dealer of roofing materials and fabrication of steel works like steel trusses, steel framing, metal door jambs and steel fences. It is also engaged in another line of work such as fabrication and installation of cargo lift and dumbwaiters, and maintenance works for elevators. Today it has an "on call" 24/7 team

to perform elevator, escalator, dumbwaiter and cargo lift electrical and mechanical services including repairs, rehabilitation and troubleshooting incidences. Since its inception of additional services, TRISPAN BUILDERS has found that security is not limited to physical assets of the company and owners but it extends to company time, efforts, intellectual property and others that are essential to continuity and competitiveness. It has successfully installed CCTV Systems establishments including the Industrial Factories , Offices, Retail Outlets, Supermarkets, Office Blocks, shopping Centers, etc. All the surveillance systems installed & maintained are Digital. TRISPAN BUILDERS also custom build CCTV Systems to specifications whether in Retail, Industrial, and Financial Sectors etc. . The systems and services are tailor made to individual needs and can accommodate the most simple to the most sophisticated requirements. It allocates all projects undertaken to a specific project manager who is responsible for the project from concept to handover.
