What started as a challenge, especially with a limited budget and honest concerns about keeping things simple, turned into something we’re truly grateful for.

Through careful choices and teamwork, we were able to create something meaningful without going overboard.

The architecture respects the basics: deep overhangs, breathable facades, and a courtyard that blurs the lines between indoors and out.
