The Position 1 : Junior Landscape Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Landscape Architect or Junior Architect to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess good working knowledge of integrative design, aligning landscape architecture, architecture, urban design, and landscape urbanism.
Role Description:
The successful candidate will primarily support integrative design coordination practices, assist the team leader in design development, and contribute to site administration of projects.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 years
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
The Candidate:
Strong design and technical skills
Proficiency in construction drawings, detailing, and knowledge of applicable specifications for local and international projects
Familiarity with local design codes and guidelines
Understanding of the project management process
Ability to work on large-scale projects
Graduate or Postgraduate qualifications from recognized institutions
Willingness to engage in all project phases from design to construction
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and ensuring timely project deliveries
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with international teams, clients, and colleagues
Eagerness to learn, source information, and contribute effectively
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office
BIM and Revit knowledge is an advantage
Additional Qualifications:
Strong interest in environmental sustainability and responsible design
Independent thinker with a thoughtful approach to work
Ethical, reliable, and respectful of cultural differences
Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in all aspects of work
Compensation:
