Wala ka na ngang account wala ka pang transaction tapos sasabihin non-refundable dahil bill payment??? Your agents need more training!!! Mind you kaya tawag jan bill payment dahil may bill ka!!! You paano alo nagkabill sa ggives kung wala naman akong account?? Di nga ako qualified sa ggives eh tapos sasabihin nyo bill payment?? Dapat nag bounce back yan so anyare???
