The development includes an array of thoughtfully designed facilities, starting with an eye-catching reception building. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a restaurant serving fresh produce sourced from on-site herb and vegetable gardens, a yoga and spa retreat, and amphitheaters for events. Accommodations include 40 rooms across three distinct types, each offering comfort and a seamless connection to nature.

Deeply rooted in Indian and Filipino culture, the house takes a modern approach with its sleek lines, down-to-earth colors, ethnic material palette and deconstructive asymmetrical architecture. It features deep overhangs to avoid direct sunlight and its 3 atriums aid with ventilation for both its users and existing vegetation, topped with a clerestory to encourage indirect lighting. The footprint of the building avoids most of the existing trees while surrounding its backyard pool side with lush greenery. Bifold louvers adorn many of the windows and help in creating a modern, sleek yet tropical feel. Its outdoor kitchen posses the traditionally designed brick kitchen while maintaining its modern counterpart for its indoor kitchen. Tailoring towards the needs of the client's large, tight-knit and food-loving family, the 7-bedroom Bantayan residence stands apart on its own.
