We are thrilled to announce the success of our recent visit to Barangay Maruglu in Capas, Tarlac, on June 5, 2025. Under the guidance of A2B District Director Ar. Simon P. Mangio and our committed chapter presidents, the UAP District A2B organized the CSR initiative, Bayanihang Arkitektura, to pay tribute to the late UAP Past National President Ar. Rene Heray.

Thanks to the kind support from the A2B Golf Tournament, "Let's Swing @50," we secured funds to construct an irrigation system that will serve the Aeta community in Barangay Maruglu.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to this endeavor, including our chapter presidents, volunteers, and participants of the golf tournament. Together, we are advancing toward a more sustainable future for the community.

Let’s keep working together for the betterment of our society! Thank you for your continued support.

The UAP District A2B has recently been awarded the prestigious title of Outstanding District of the Year at the UAP National Awards Ceremony held on April 7, 2025. This notable event took place at the modern SMX Convention Center in Pasay City and marked the beginning of a major celebration for the UAP’s 50th National Convention, referred to as NATCON50.

Thanks to the visionary leadership of District Director Ar. Simon P. Mangio and the committed efforts of its 13 strong chapters, the district achieved an impressive score of 90.65%. This accomplishment underscores the dedication, collaboration, and pursuit of excellence exhibited by its members in the field of architecture, highlighting their capabilities and united efforts.

CALL FOR ENTRIES!

The United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) REGIONAL DISTRICT A2B is inviting all its members to participate in a logo design contest.

Eligibility:
• Open to individuals or groups of 2 to 3 members who are in good standing with any chapter of UAP REGIONAL DISTRICT A2B.

Design Requirements:
• Create a new logo that embodies the good professional traits of UAP REGIONAL DISTRICT A2B, such as professionalism, dignity, respect, and integrity.
• The logo should reflect the current 13 chapters of the district and its potential for growth in the coming years.
• Submission format: A4 size, in JPEG or PNG format, maximum of 3 colors. The use of UAP colors is highly recommended.
• Gold version: Submit a gold version of the logo, in celebration of UAP's Golden Jubilee.
• Design rationale: Submit a design rationale of approximately 100 words in Word format.
• A2B distinction: The proposed logo should clearly distinguish UAP REGIONAL DISTRICT A2B.

Submission Deadline: November 30, 2024

Prizes:
• Winner: Php 5,000.00 cash prize
• 5 Consolation Prizes: Php 2,000.00 cash prize each
