A-Plus® Concrete Bond is a premium heavy-duty Acrylic polymer based cement modifier formulated for positive side waterproofing. It exhibits excellent adhesion and cures to become an integral part of the concrete, thus providing a strong and durable, UV resistant, impenetrable waterproofing membrane that prevents water seepage and reinforces concrete strength. It is highly recommended for both horizontal and vertical surfaces like roof decks, basements, bathroom floorings, firewalls, water tanks, and many more.

Principal Uses: Highly recommended for both horizontal and vertical surfaces like Firewalls, Roof decks, Balconies, Basements, Bathroom Floorings, Water Tanks, Gutters, Downspouts, and many more.

Coverage: 8-12 sqm per gallon / coat *Depending on surface texture and porosity

Mixing Ratio: 1-Ltr to 1-Kg Portland cement

Surface Dry: 2hrs

Recoat Interval: 2 – 3 hrs (Allow to dry for at least overnight before painting)

Dry Through: Overnight

Thinning: If necessary, thin with water to adjust desired consistency.

Application: Brush/Roller

Packaging: 4L, 16L

Pot life: 4 hrs

Bring out the beauty of wooden surfaces with these easy wood prep and painting procedure with A-Plus® NC Lacquer Clear Gloss:

Preparation:
1. Ensure wood material is fully kiln dried/treated.
2. If previously painted, strip off all loose and chalking paint with A-Plus Supertanggal® Paint Remover. If necessary, remove wood discoloration by applying A-Plus® Wood Bleach #1 & #2.
3. Sand surface smooth to eliminate surface imperfections. Correct surface imperfections using A-Plus® NC Lacquer Spot Putty or A-Plus® Fast-Drying Plastic Wood Filler.
4. Surface to be applied on must be thoroughly cleaned, free of any contaminants that can affect adhesion such as wax, oil, grease, moisture, and loose particles.
5. Avoid painting under extreme environmental conditions and/ or bad weather conditions.

Application on New Wood:
1. Sealer Coat: Apply at least 2 coats of A-Plus® NC Lacquer Sanding Sealer. Sand lightly( #220/ #440) before topcoat application. Allow at least 1 hr drying before putty.
2. Stain (Optional): Apply A-Plus® Penetrating Wood Stain using either brush or spray.
3. Putty: Correct surface imperfections (especially for open grain wood) using A-Plus® Fast-Drying Plastic Wood Filler. If necessary, tint with A-Plus® Penetrating Wood Stain. Allow to cure for at least 2 hours before sanding and applying another coat of A-Plus® NC Lacquer Sanding Sealer then sand again.
4. Final coat: Apply at least 2 coats of A-Plus® NC Lacquer Clear Gloss. Perform sufficient sanding in between each coat.

(Note: 10% by volume of A-Plus® PG Lacquer Flo is added to the varnish mixture just before application to prevent moisture blushing)
