Proud to say I've planted lots and lots and lots and lots of flowers ever since I was young. Watch this and you probably would too.
This lady talks about the benefits of keeping our gardens less manicured and how it is related to keeping a healthy ecosystem. Unfortunately, the things she said about disappearing insects and birds has been evident in my area. We used to see different species of birds and insects like sunbirds, orioles, king fisher, etc just outside our windows. We rarely see them now. And if we do, they've dramatically decreased in number. Even bees aren't that many now. However, just like what she said, there are solutions and it's important to not spray and keep planting those flowers -easy.
