KENSHŌ: A 20 SQM Studio Unit Interior Fit-out
[ken•sho] (n.) The Zen experience or enlightenment, when one's own nature is seen for what it truly is. To cultivate insight and awaken through daily practice.
The design concept draws inspiration from the Muji style of interior design, highlighting features such as abundant natural lighting, neutral and earthy color palettes, and functional furniture. Spaces are meticulously organized to remain clutter-free through the seamless integration of storage solutions.
The challenge with the space is that the client desires to incorporate a bunk bed into a compact studio unit. This unit is intended for students or young professionals seeking accommodation in the city where they can both study and reside.
