We're thrilled to share the approved design of our recent project proposal:

Embracing the natural beauty of its surroundings, this modern tropical house is a seamless blend of contemporary architecture and lush, resort-inspired living. Clean lines and open-plan interiors create a spacious and airy atmosphere, while expansive glass doors & windows invite in natural light and frame views of the magnificent Davao gulf.

The design features a harmonious mix of natural materials— wood, polished concrete, and stone—balancing minimalism with warmth. Indoor-outdoor living is central to the home’s ethos, with large sliding doors that dissolve boundaries between the interior spaces and shaded terraces going to the inviting beachside.

Neutral tones and earthy textures complete the relaxed, elegant aesthetic, making this home a modern sanctuary in paradise.
