A purpose-built residence featuring 9 fully independent rooms, each with its own T&B and lavatory, ideal for boarding, dormitory, or rental use.

The layout follows an open plan configuration, enhancing flexibility, natural light distribution, and ease of movement throughout the building.

Each room is designed with jalousie windows to promote continuous cross-ventilation and fresh air, supporting a comfortable and energy-efficient indoor environment.

Our team optimized the design for privacy, ventilation, waterline efficiency, and long-term maintainability—while ensuring that all spaces meet architectural standards and client requirements.
