Sharing a glimpse of our ongoing café project—designed to feel light, serene, and effortlessly inviting. The concept revolves around a monochromatic palette, layered textures, and sculptural forms that create a quiet yet memorable dining experience.

Curved furniture, diffused lighting, and subtle material contrasts bring warmth into the minimalist approach, while the fluid ceiling lighting feature adds a touch of movement and identity to the space.

Every corner is thoughtfully designed to balance aesthetics and comfort—perfect for slow mornings, casual catch-ups, and everyday coffee rituals.

This warehouse facility is designed as a high-efficiency industrial structure responding to the operational, climatic, and environmental conditions of Cotabato City. The architectural and structural systems are integrated to support flexible use, long-span requirements, and sustainable performance.

Material selection prioritizes durability, thermal performance, and low maintenance. Corrugated steel cladding, concrete masonry, and pre-painted metal roofing are specified to withstand high humidity, heat, and industrial wear. The roof assembly is designed to accommodate thermal insulation and future solar photovoltaic integration, supporting long-term energy resilience.
