5 Tips to Keep Your Potted Plants Healthy

1. Choose the right Pot Size - Make sure you're thinking of a fully grown plant, not it's current size

2. Choose the Right Potting Soil - If you're repotting plants, make sure to choose the potting soil that is right for that species. For example, A cactus uses a different potting soil, than say a Petunia

3. Watering your plants - Don't over water or under water your potted babies. Ask your regular plants shop/gardener for the exact qty of water to be fed to different plan species. All plants have different requirements

4. Sunlight - As with water, all plant species require different amount of Sunlight. Some plants like Chinese Evergreen, Jade and Philodendron Birkin etc. thrive indoors, while some species like Bougenvilla, Petunias and Dahlias etc need Full Sun to survive

5. Keep your Pets (and kids) away - Just kidding about kids :)
But yes, do keep pets away from your indoor plants. Not only due to your over excitable pet accidentally knocking over your precious plants, but also due to the possibility of unwelcome golden showers from your pet!
