We’re halfway through 2025, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible projects and collaborations we’ve accomplished in the first six months of the year.

In this post, we’re excited to highlight some of our successful Quarter 1 design and build turnovers that are a diverse mix that includes a multi-functional residential space, an effective office setup, and a serene spa environment.

project 13 // This travel agency office was a project crafted to reflect the elegance and refined taste of its clientele—wealthy, classy, and sophisticated women who crave both luxury and adventure.

As the designer, I focused on creating a space that mirrors the identity of its top-tier clients. Soft curves, neutral whites, and feminine elements come together to exude sophistication while maintaining a go-getter atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure the space feels like an extension of their style, a place where travel dreams are born in comfort and elegance.

Proud to bring this vision to life for a client who knows her audience inside and out! 🌍✨

𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀:
1. 31 sqm Residential Ground Floor Interior Fit-Out – Mintal, Davao City (Construction begins this month)
2. 100 sqm Residential Ground Floor Interior Fit-Out – Tagum City (Ongoing schematic design)
3. 29 sqm Travel Agency Office Interior Fit-Out – Victoria Plaza, Davao City (Ongoing construction)

No space is too small for Eva Disenyo! Our goal is to bring your priorities to life, whether it's clever storage solutions, a cozy corner to lounge, or both, even in the most limited areas.

For this project, our client wanted to make the most of her home. As someone with a lot to store and a love for cozying up at home, she needed functionality and comfort. We saw untapped potential beneath the stairs and knew it could be more than just a storage spot.

To keep it from being dull as a mere storage area or impractical as just seating, we created a multifunctional nook. It’s a space that adapts to her lifestyle; whether for reading, relaxing, accomodating guests, or finding a place for her essentials.

PROJECT 15 // design & build

Who says a function room has to be plain and boring just because it’s not visible to regular café visitors? Our client believes the opposite; it should be exclusive, with the right ambiance to set the tone for any event—whether it’s an intimate dinner with family and friends or a business meeting.

We converted this outdoor space into an interior amenity, not just to maximize the area, but to create a unique, immersive environment that enhances the overall experience and atmosphere of every gathering.
