1. College graduate (High School Graduate may apply)
2. Good organization skills
3. Can use basic office software
4. Licensed driver is a plus as his/her work shall involve visiting the site location of the project/s.
5. Can speak English
6. Ability to work on a tight schedule
7. Has experience in project management and coordination in construction.
