Wow I was thinking of extracting my own Agarwood oil, but that was when all I had seen was some big pressure pots and a heat source. This is impressive and the results speak for themselves. Anyway I have 5 years to think about it, lots of research and excel number running to be done now.

Subcritical Water Extraction (SWE) is a cutting-edge method that outperforms traditional hydrodistillation and Soxhlet extraction for agarwood essential oil.

SWE delivers significantly higher yields—up to 4.89% versus 2.19% (Soxhlet) and 0.15% (hydrodistillation)—with optimal extraction at 125°C. It produces richer oil concentrated in valuable sesquiterpene hydrocarbons like β-guaiene (22.47%) and α-guaiene (7.31%), plus unique oxygenated compounds like epoxybulnesene and caryophyllene oxide, enhancing oil quality.

SWE is eco-friendly, uses only water, avoids chemicals, and drastically cuts extraction time to as little as 5 minutes, making it a fast, green, and superior extraction technique.

Quick update.
We are waiting for DENR approval so as we can sell our Agarwood legally. These plants are so healthy and ready to be planted. Hopefully we will be trading very very soon.

Our DENR Agarwood inspection could not have been better.
Our plants are all given a clean bill of health, and all our hard work was given a big thumbs up.
We now have to sit a panel interview before our Wildlife Culture permits are approved and released, about a week to go and UpNorth Agarwood Nursey can press the GO button and be live.
