Designed for a compact lot, this residence demonstrates how thoughtful architectural planning can maximize available space without compromising comfort and functionality. The layout efficiently accommodates three bedrooms, spacious living areas, and an expansive balcony, creating a home that feels larger than its footprint.

Large window openings were strategically incorporated to enhance natural lighting, improve cross-ventilation, and establish a stronger connection between the indoor and outdoor environments. Complementing the contemporary form are wood-inspired accent elements, a signature feature in our designs that adds depth, texture, and visual balance to the facade.

This two-bedroom residence is planned with an open-concept layout where the living area, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly into one cohesive space, creating a sense of openness, comfort, and ease in daily living. In front of the dining area, a wide terrace serves as an inviting extension of the interior, providing a pleasant outdoor space for dining, relaxing, and entertaining.

To address the presence of firewall conditions, the design maximizes large window openings on accessible exterior walls to bring in natural light and ventilation. Glass blocks are also incorporated along the firewall to allow daylight to filter into the interior while maintaining privacy and complying with spatial limitations.
