Raquel the President of HRG Interior Design Builders has been involved in the construction industry since 2013. Gaining progressively more experience and responsibility in estimating, project management and executive roles. She plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. A single manager who oversee an entire construction project. She knows that becoming diligent and keeping a high quality standard . Making every Client special for they are the reason why we Build and Create. Integrity is the most important ingredients we put in this service . Whatever we make deals , from worse cause we make our words stand to do what was right for our Client.

ARNOLD C. BANASTA PS-CE/VICE-PRESIDENT PROJECT SUPERVISOR CHIEF ESTIMATOR

Building upon that experience, Arnold has grown HRG Interior Design Builders to handle up many Projects from 2000 up to present . Experience working with the Construction Company like BASCO Design/SMART LIVING made his way in the industry to make great Project like Chocolate Clothing Company , RSatiago Boutique , Actors Condo Unit in Manila and more . Awarded in the Year 2011 as the Most Outstanding Employee in Engineering Dept of one of the well known Company . Arnold’s involvement in the industry includes serving as vice-president of the board of directors . He has worked closely with design teams, project owners, facility directors, consultants and user groups with successful project results. Arnold is well known in the subcontractor community where he has worked in the local and regional market for over 16 years. Arnold the Jack of all trade ,no one can ever made mistake with him , He knows all things and even showing and teaching his people the right way in working in this field . He shared ideas that make his people more knowledgeable .For learning is not only for you ,You have to share them what you have learned for without your worker , you are not in that Position .

MHARLVIN AZNIB AD/MASTER DESIGNER

Mhar has been involved in lay-out designing services since 2000, He has been involved with all types of delivery systems.From the previous Job in UAE serving for almost 15 years, making great design in the rich land . Mhar has a special construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. Mhar stay involved throughout the construction process, adapting their plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or client needs. His experienced and proficient in estimating from schematic through final estimates, in the negotiated, design-build, He learned that a great Design starts with a great big heart . No matter how beautiful the design if you don’t have the right heart , you cannot design a great Future .
