Project Update: Half-Metal Cladding House
We’ve made significant progress!

We have successfully installed the PVC ceilings in the bathroom and both bedrooms. Currently, we are framing the metal furrings in the living area, which will feature an elegant cove light design.

In addition, bathroom tiling is underway, and the Hardiflex wall installations are complete. The house is really coming together and looking beautiful!

Project Update: Half-Metal Cladding House
We are making steady progress on our current project! The house is finally coming together piece by piece.
Current Work in Progress:
Wall Installation: We are currently mounting the Hardiflex walls.
Ceiling Prep: We’ve begun installing the metal furrings for the ceiling layout.
Insulation: We are also laying down the insulation to ensure the home stays cool and comfortable.

Here is an update on our project.
We are only able to provide an update now as we had to attend to an urgent family matter.
This is the current progress on the half-metal cladding and half-cement structure.
Please note that work was paused for almost 14 days due to the passing of our father.
We apologize for the delay in both the work and the update, but we will officially resume operations this coming Monday.

House construction update:
Here is the progress after one month. The septic tank installation for the CR is complete. We are currently proceeding with the wall plastering while awaiting the delivery of the roof.
