Our design for the NTIP focuses on the synergy between human-centric workspaces and specialized manufacturing facilities. The site features a comprehensive mix of office, workshop, commercial, and residential zones, all complemented by integrated landscaping. Every space is carefully programmed to maximize operational efficiency and maintain a fluid workflow. Embracing a Sustainable Industrial and Tropical Modern aesthetic, the design not only fulfills the park’s industrial requirements but also ensures a vibrant, effective environment for its users.
NTIP is, by far, our largest (in scale and impact) design project.
