The client wanted a home that feels like a quiet escape from the city. Something tropical, open, and relaxed, where everyday living feels like a short vacation. From the start, the direction was clear. Keep it compact at two bedrooms, but make every space feel connected to the outdoors and designed for gathering.
The layout was shaped around an elevated swimming pool, placed where it can be seen and enjoyed from the main living areas. It became the heart of the house. Next to it is an outdoor kitchen, planned for casual cooking and dining, so weekends and small get togethers naturally flow outside.
The master bedroom is sized for a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom is a family room with two bunk beds was designed to be compact, functional, and welcoming for children or guests.
Upstairs, the mood shifts to entertainment. The entire second floor is dedicated to leisure. A mini bar, a convertible lounge area, and spaces for billiards, table tennis, and air hockey allow the home to transform into a social hub. It is a place where friends can gather, play, and stay late into the evening.
When the client is not in residence, the villa opens its doors for Airbnb stays and small functions, allowing others to experience the same relaxed atmosphere.
