> Prepares the initial line drawings representing design studies leading to a recommended solution, including a general description of the project, 2D/3D presentations for approval by the Owner/Client.
> Prepares the complete contract documents consisting of detailed designs and construction drawings.
> Coordinate all drawings and documents prepared by the respective professionals which includes Struc’l, Elec’l, Plumbing/Sanitary, Mech’l, Electronic and Communication.
> Prepares Technical Specifications describing type and quality of materials, finish, manner of construction and the general conditions under which the project is to be constructed.
