"CHR Kitchen Renovation"

This project transforms a standard kitchen into a refined modern space defined by clean lines, durability, and seamless detailing.

To ensure longevity and low maintenance, aluminum cabinetry was selected. A practical solution that prevents termite infestation while maintaining a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. The material choice not only enhances durability but also reinforces the minimalist design approach.

A full-height stone backsplash was incorporated to create a seamless visual flow, adding texture and sophistication while elevating the overall spatial experience. The result is a kitchen that feels cohesive, functional, and distinctly modern.

Two-Storey Residential Renovation Project

This project transforms an existing bungalow into a two-storey modern residence, expanding the home vertically to accommodate new bedroom spaces while fully refreshing the ground floor layout and finishes.

The design approach focused on minimizing demolition and working intelligently with the existing structural framework. By carefully aligning the new second floor addition with current structural elements, the renovation remains efficient, practical, and cost conscious without compromising architectural quality.

A Two-Storey Classic Residence

For this project, we were given a fixed floor plan and the challenge to design a facade inspired by classical architecture, one that embodies symmetry, proportion, and timeless elegance.

The concept merges traditional classical massing with a touch of modern design through the use of large glass windows, bringing in natural light while maintaining a sense of balance and order.

Rectangular openings, clean lines, and carefully placed architectural details come together to form a home that feels both grand and inviting, a fresh take on the enduring beauty of classic design.

Philippine International Convention Center, Designed by Ar. Leandro Locsin, is the Asia’s first international convention center. Ar. Locsin is renowned figure of Brutalist Architecture in the Philippines.

This architectural approach often reflects an ethical stance. It prioritizes honesty in materials and a functional expression of the building’s purpose over purely aesthetic concern.

After six months of restoration and refurbishment, PICC has finally reopened to the public.

The Philippine Pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025. Themed “Nature, Culture & Community” its exhibits seeking highlight country’s rich biodiversity by incorporating materials and interactive displays. Designed enduring materials can be reduced, repaired, refurbished, and recycled.

The Expo Osaka 2025 will run for 184 days, from April 13 to October 13.

Presenting one of our recent design projects. A two-storey modern Mediterranean residence designed as a relaxing rest house for our client.

The concept blends modern comfort with Mediterranean charm, featuring a traditional hip roof, expansive glass windows for natural light, and a warm palette of rough materials such as brick walls and wood-textured floorings.

This design was thoughtfully developed based on the client’s preferred layout, ensuring that every space aligns with their lifestyle and vision for a peaceful retreat away from the city.

A harmonious balance of simplicity, texture, and warmth, creating a timeless home designed for rest and connection.
