We hard-pruned our client’s Maki trees to give them a fresh start and encourage new growth, restoring balance and long-term health 🌿
The Maki trees weren’t leggy, but the upper growth had become top-heavy, with dense foliage above and sparse growth below. Hard pruning helps redistribute energy, encouraging new shoots on the lower branches, improving structure, and creating a more balanced, stable tree.
With better light pe*******on and airflow, the trees can grow back fuller, healthier, and well-proportioned 🌱✂️
