The risk of buying plants online:
If there is a way for you to buy rare plants locally then really grab it. Ang swerte pag yung plants na gusto mo ay available for pickup lang or madeliver lang sa iyo via bus in a few hours. Here is one of the reasons why: if you buy plants online and you have them shipped via LBC/JRS, you take a risk. Yung itsura at kalagayan ng plants pagbili mo will not be the same pagdating sa iyo ng box and much worse pwede silang mamatay sa box. Here's my giant mother Black Moonlight na binili ko for 1150 online and have shipped for 145 SF via LBC. Patay lang. Kung meron lang nagtitinda ng ganito dito satin dun sana ako bumili kahit mas mahal pa ng 500 pesos kesa sa online price. Imagine ipipickup ko na lang at stable na potted pa di na ko mag-aalala kung okay sa shipping. 🥲
