Cliff-side or top of a cliff infinity pool facing the Manila Bay and the Lamao Point of Limay Bataan. We are following its progressive construction closely and with great anticipation. As usual, we thank our contractor & architect for the job well done! Building on a steep cliff in this summer heat is such a feat and coming up with much progress is impressive. 😎👒🌊💦

Yesterday’s sunny weather gave us this view of Manila bay and the skyscrapers of Manila from the ongoing construction site of our infinity pool.

Can you imagine sitting by the pool, reading a good book, sipping your favorite drink while inhaling the fresh crisp air and enjoying that view and the surrounding lush nature? We can…in 90 days.

While our infinity pool is in the works, we’ve got some other milestones to share: 3 Villas are completed, Villa 4 is scheduled for completion in a couple of weeks and we are preparing to furnish villa 1 to use it as benchmark for the other villas. So much left to do and looking forward to more progress. As usual, our Contractor and Architect are doing a great job! Thank you! 💐🥰

We are getting closer to completing our first sets of projects. Villas 1 & 3 are completed, Villa 2 is 95% done with only the sliding doors, the windows & the bathroom wares to be installed, Villa 4 is around 70 % done. The 3rd large septic tank is in the works. The results are remarkable considering that it’s only been 20 days since our last milestone update.

Our infinity pool is also coming up soon. Its construction starts next week and we’re so excited! Hope you are too!

All our villa’s verandas will be protected by glass and stainless steel railings, for joyful coffee mornings, relaxing afternoon teas and cozy stargazing very soon!

To succeed in a construction project is not just to raise or accomplish the buildings. The learning, the growing and supporting one another in the journey build a solid foundation and a strong potential for something amazing, no matter the obstacles encountered along the way. So, Thank you, Contractor, for the admirable exemplary work ethics and the impressive progressive work: Villa 1 done, Villa 3, 90 %, Villa 2, 75 %, ATS installed, all in 3 weeks’ time. 💐💐💐

We are happy to share with you the enormous progress at our construction site after our NEW contractors started last January 22. In barely 2,5 weeks, they were able to install the gates, the water tank, the second (of 3) septic tank and totally finish the caretaker house and villa 1 with running water and electricity. Their impressive work also included trouble shooting and fixing all the identified mistakes done by the former contractors, who were fully paid and moreover received additional fees for the building contracts BUT failed to deliver what was in the contract without valid explanations, and communicated poorly. Currently, our new contractors are working on the other villas carefully to meet our specification in a time effficient and satisfatory manner. We are very thankful for these newly found partners who undetstand that they are building a home for actual people to live in, enjoy life and make memories, and not just several houses and their subparts. Thank you very much, Contractor & Architect for your dedication. 💐💐💐

Wishing Everyone a Happy Prosperous New Year, 2025! 💫✨

Very little progress in our construction project, from October to December, which taught us some extremely important lessons, among them, be physically present during the construction period. We will in a few week’s time proceed with this project and will be hands on until its completion. Thank you Lord for the lesson learned.
