Kempt Konstrukt & Partners, Co. and ORIEL C Architecture is currently seeking qualified professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- 5-10 years of experience in Construction and Project Management
- Proficient in CAD Software and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
2. PROJECT IN-CHARGE
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction field
- Able to read, interpret, and estimate construction plans and shop drawings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
3. LINE & GRADE ENGINEER
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Geodetic Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction field
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
4. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction field
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
5. CAD OPERATOR / DRAFTSMAN
- Must be a graduate of BS in Architecture, Drafting, or a related course
- Preferably with experience in shop drawing detailing, specs writing, and 3D modeling
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
6. GENERAL FOREMAN
- 10-15 years of experience as a General Foreman
- Able to read, interpret, and estimate construction plans and drawings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
