H. Balanak Architects and Planners is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to be part of our growing team.

Open Positions:
1. Architectural Apprentice
Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Architecture (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software
• Knowledge in architectural detailing and presentation drawings
• Willing to learn, hardworking, and able to work in a team environment

2. Junior Design Associate
Qualifications:
• Licensed Architect or Architecture graduate with at least 1–2 years of professional experience
• Strong design background and creativity
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other visualization tools
• Knowledge in construction documents and architectural standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
