This modern contemporary house proposal for our client located in Batangas has a unique A-type roof projections. The whole idea is to bring nature as close as possible to the environment inside. Using these glass windows enables the entry of abundant light inside the house and also a better view of the nature outside.

This facility was built in the 1950's. Our client's aim is to restore the external facade & it's structural aesthetical integrity. We assessed the building in terms of historical significance as well as the structural technology used in those times. DAC came up with a proposal that is essential with Architectural Restoration's point of view and develop their landscape design.
