These spaces guide movement, frame views, and define hierarchy—shaping how developments are experienced from the outset.

Once again, congratulations to Southwestern University PHINMA on the inauguration of the Ramon V. Del Rosario Building!

More than a building, it was designed to support learning, growth, and access to education—expressed through a design that puts purpose and people first.

As shared by Arch. Miguel Andres Salcedo, the building was envisioned as a “lantern for learning, wisdom, and hope,” with honest, enduring materials, open spaces that encourage dialogue and reflection, and sustainable features such as solar power in support of a more efficient and responsible campus.

Thirty years ago, our journey began with a 32-storey residential tower rising in the heart of Makati—an early commission that entrusted us with shaping a place in the city’s skyline.

From that beginning, our work has grown alongside the communities and developments around us—expanding into residential communities, mixed-use developments, townships, and institutional projects across the country.

Over time we have learned that architecture is rarely the work of one hand alone. Many of the places we help bring to life are shaped in collaboration with fellow architects, consultants, builders, and clients—a shared effort to turn ideas into enduring spaces.

Three decades on, we remain grateful for the trust placed in our practice and the partnerships that have made the journey possible.

Today, March 18, 2026, we celebrate 30 years of our practice.

30 Years of Building Places That Last—here’s to what we continue to build together.

Grateful for another finished project.

From the outside, the home is framed by concrete and steel softened with warm wood. Deep overhangs and screens temper the sun, while the structure itself was shaped to invite air and light through.

Inside, this openness carries over into generous gathering areas and spaces designed to breathe. By shaping the architecture this way, we left room not just for natural ventilation, but also for the owner’s art collection and the everyday connections that bring life into their home.

Completed in 1995, this apartment complex in Seoul showcases an interior design approach focused on connecting residents with their environment. Expansive glass windows serve as a central feature, allowing natural light into the living spaces while revealing a panoramic view of the Han River, providing a sense of calm and serenity in everyday life.

In collaboration with Engr. Jun Hernandez and Legazpi Premium Development Corp., this design was developed to adapt to the growing needs of its university community.

The Frassati Gymnasium now accommodates up to 1,000 people, with an upgraded court, additional seating, and added office and storage areas. It maximizes natural ventilation and daylight, with louvers across the upper facade providing passive cooling and weather protection, creating a practical, people-focused space for both everyday use and large gatherings.
