Architectural visualization process

To achieve a high quality architectural visualization we follow the next steps:

Previous information. To draw up a budget as tight as possible, we need some information about the project, drawings, sketches, 3D models, number of desired images, delivery time etc. It is not necessary that the project is well defined and completed for making an offer.

3D Model.

Providing this model can reduce time and cost but it is necessary to adjust it to our. If you have your own 3d models, please send them to us and we will carry out the necessary checks in order to see if they are useful. Once accepted the quotation, and after payment of the retainer fee, we proceed to start the project. Throughout the modelling process, images of the progress will be sent to confirm that everything is correct. All process images will always contain watermarks, which will only be removed in the final stage and after the final payment. Point of view. Once it is confirmed that the model is correct, the viewpoints will be fixed with the client. For this phase we will generate a large number of low-resolution images, this way the client can choose which points of views fit better to his needs. Lighting and materials. Once the points of view are approved, we will advance for the materials finishes, lighting and creating the desired atmosphere for the images. Applied materials and lighting, we proceed to make the render of the images in low resolution. We know that the renders are a quick way to make decisions, therefore the previews are included in the process, so that the client can make comments. Final rendering. Once approved the previous visualization we proceed to the image rendering in high resolution and some post-production adjustments. The images will be sent to the clients so they can give their agreement or make their comments. Delivery and Invoice. Once the final image has been accepted and the final payment has been made, we send the final images in high resolution and without watermarks.

"BIO CORPORATE CENTER"

The concept of a corporate building with a plant bioacoustic facade integrates the natural world with advanced architectural innovation. The facade mimics the structure and behavior of plant leaves, designed to interact with environmental stimuli like light, sound, and air movement. Embedded bioacoustic panels generate harmonic soundscapes, enhancing the sensory experience for occupants and passersby while fostering a connection to nature. Vertical greenery is interwoven into the structure, improving air quality and providing thermal insulation. This design exemplifies sustainability by using eco-friendly materials and renewable energy systems, creating a dynamic and functional aesthetic that symbolizes growth, harmony, and environmental stewardship.

Designing an interior that is simple, monochromatic, and subtle offers numerous benefits. Firstly, it creates a timeless and versatile space that can easily adapt to evolving styles. The simplicity ensures a clutter-free, calming environment that promotes relaxation and focus. Monochromatic schemes enhance the perception of space, making rooms appear larger and more cohesive. Subtle designs highlight natural light and textures, fostering a serene and elegant atmosphere. Additionally, such interiors are cost-effective as they rely on fewer decorative elements while offering effortless sophistication. This approach emphasizes functionality, aesthetics, and emotional well-being, making it ideal for creating a harmonious living space.

AMBOS PANADERIA + COCINA
Interior Architecture

The thought process:

In designing the space, the designers worked within the premise of a 900 x 900 grid lines. Thus, creating a space that is well terminated and proportioned. From the sintered stone marble counter, coffered ceiling, lightings, bread display, tiles, and even the airconditioning units, everything measures 900mm.

Interior design with components that share the same measurements and proportions emphasizes harmony and balance, creating a visually cohesive and organized space. This approach ensures that every element complements each other in scale, fostering a sense of order. For instance, using identical-sized tables and chairs in a cafe, as seen in the seating area of Ambos Panaderia + Cocina, creates a rhythmic repetition that feels inviting and uniform. Proportional consistency is also reflected in architectural details, such as evenly spaced lighting fixtures or cabinetry panels of equal dimensions, ensuring a clean and structured look.

When designing with such components, it is crucial to maintain balance not only in size but also in spacing and placement. Equal proportions in shelving units or display cases ensure that the focus remains on the products, avoiding visual clutter. Additionally, repeating patterns in textures or materials, like a consistent use of wood for furniture and paneling, ties the design together. By adhering to these principles, the space achieves a harmonious and professional aesthetic while remaining functional and approachable for its intended purpose.
